SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS

Australian Standard Shipping Costs - $7.50 Standard Australia wide orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 48 hours by an Australia-wide courier. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company. Overseas Shipping Costs At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 2 9361 4441 to enquire about a special order. Gift Vouchers Free Shipping Gift vouchers are shipped free of charge. If you purchase a Gift Voucher along with other products standard shipping rates will apply for your order.

CANCELLATIONS

We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent within one hour. You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place. RETURNS - REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do . NB. Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

Please note the following returns process:

You need JavaScript enabled to view it to obtain a "Return ID number", or please call Fleur de Lys Medispa directly. You must provide a "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Fleur de Lys Medispa, or delivery note. Product must be returned to Fleur de Lys Medispa head office. You must return the Product in its original condition with the original packaging. You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the Product. You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the Product. Upon receipt of the Product by Fleur de Lys Medispa, Fleur de Lys Medispa will refund to You the purchase price for the Product, less any shipping costs. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Fleur de Lys Medispa, however, please allow 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited. Refunds will only be given to Products purchased from the Fleur de Lys Medispa Online Store. Refunds will not be given for products purchased from stockists that also stock our brands.
