In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Voucher Code page. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction.
FIRST TIME ORDERS
For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your credit card statements, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.
SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Australian Standard Shipping Costs - $7.50 Standard Australia wide orders are typically processed within 72 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered within 48 hours by an Australia-wide courier. We require that your order is signed for on delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery our courier will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery with the specified courier company. Overseas Shipping Costs At this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us on +61 2 9361 4441 to enquire about a special order. Gift Vouchers – Free Shipping Gift vouchers are shipped free of charge. If you purchase a Gift Voucher along with other products standard shipping rates will apply for your order.
All order requires a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, please ensure someone will be at the specified shipping address to sign for your order.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are 2 business days from date of your order being processed through our warehouse. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do . NB. Please check your fragrance orders carefully, as fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.

Fleur de Lys Medispa processes payments through Westpac Payway. The PayWay API uses the industry standard SSL protocol in combination with digital certificates to transmit your credit card data in a secure manner and to guarantee the source of the transaction. The Westpac provided 'thin client' establishes a secure tunnel to the Westpac credit card processing facilities. Not only is the data encrypted, but through the use of digital certificate technology, Westpac will be able to confirm the source of the transaction as coming from you and not a bogus site on the Internet. Through the PayWay administration web interface you can add additional security such as IP checking, transaction monitoring and controlling who in your organisation has access to your credit card processing information.
